It's no mystery why Mike Taylor Properties has steadily grown over the past few years. This is the third transaction you have handled for us and like the first two, everything fell right into place. I am writing to commend one of your outstanding employees in the Columbia area. Novella Taylor was referred to us for a recent transfer to the area. From the first conversation, it was evident that she was a consummate professional. She spent significant time with us to identify our likes and dislikes in housing and incorporated those data into multiple house showings. She was willing to spend whatever time necessary to ensure we saw all available houses. Novella was available to us early in the morning(6:30am) until late into the evening(nearly 11:00pm) We appreciated her flexibility. Also, her up-front work saved us much time despite the fact we saw over 50 houses before finally settling on the right one. We selected a new house and she spent significant extra time as we picked out various necessities. She arranged estimates for some upgrades we wanted for our house, arranged and participated in the inspection and helped with sundry other extras. Novella was a pleasure to work with and I will actively recommend her and seek her out to sell our house should we transfer again. This was the first time we have used Century 21 for a transfer.
